Candidates seeking admission to the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program must fulfill one of the following criteria:

  1. Passed BCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science)/B.Sc. (Technology) or an equivalent qualification.

OR

  1. Passed at least a three-year Bachelor's Degree with mathematics/statistics at 10+2 level or graduation level.

Applicants should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories) in the qualifying examinations.

Note: Applicants admitted under this criteria may be required to undertake additional bridge courses as per the University's norms.

Admission Criteria:

Admission to the MCA program will be based on the following order of priority:

  1. NIMCET 2023 (National Institute of Technology MCA Common Entrance Test)
  2. CET (If seats remain vacant after NIMCET counseling, the University will consider admissions based on the Common Entrance Test - CET).
  3. CUET (In case of further vacancies after exhausting the merit list filled through CET, admissions will be considered based on the Central Universities Common Entrance Test - CUET).
