Master of Laws (L.L.M)
The Master of Laws, generally known as the L.L.M., is an advanced postgraduate law degree for those who already hold a law degree and are seeking to further specialize or deepen their legal knowledge. Typically completed within one full-time year, this program allows students to concentrate in areas such as international law, corporate law, human rights, environmental law and intellectual property.
An L.L.M. helps lawyers and legal professionals develop expert knowledge and transferable skills to address highly complex legal challenges of the contemporary world. It is a mix of extensive study alongside research, analysis and occasionally practical experience in the field though internships or dissertations.

Fee Structure
The fee payable fall into three categories: annual fee; one-time fee; and deposits.

Foreign Nationals: The annual tuition fee shall be in Indian Rupees equivalent to USD 6,100 (Six Thousand One Hundred Only) for candidates from SAARC countries and USD 12,200 (Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Only) for candidates from other countries. Other fee will be same as applicable to Indian students.
Hostel Accommodation
It may be noted that due to paucity of rooms in the hostel, the National Law University Delhi shall not be able to provide hostel accommodation to any student admitted in the LL.M. Programme. Accordingly, the hostel fees/dues have not been included in the above fee structure.
