The Campus
HGEA College of Pharmacy is spread across 2.5 acres of peaceful, green, and hygienic surroundings, creating an ideal learning environment. The campus features modern, well-ventilated classrooms, fully equipped laboratories, a computer lab, a well-stocked library, and a spacious auditorium. Students can enjoy sports facilities for both indoor and outdoor games, a botanical garden, and a hygienic common canteen. Separate hostels for boys and girls ensure a comfortable stay, and the college also provides its own transportation services.
Practical Labs
The college offers spacious, well-lit, and well-ventilated laboratories equipped with modern instruments and equipment to meet the specialized needs of pharmacy education. Each lab is designed to cater to specific subjects, including Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Human Anatomy & Physiology, Pharmacology, Pharmacy Practice, and Pharmacognosy. Additionally, the campus includes a Machine Room and Pharmacy Museum, ensuring students gain hands-on experience with advanced pharmaceutical techniques.
Library
Located in a quiet and well-ventilated area, the library provides an ideal space for study and research. It is systematically organized and well-furnished, housing over 2,000 reference and textbooks, with 250 new books added annually as per PCI norms. A book bank facility is available for students. The library also provides unlimited e-resources for online pharmaceutical journals, supporting digital learning. It is computerized and equipped with security features, operating daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Medicinal Garden
The college maintains a well-curated Medicinal Plant Garden with hundreds of plant species labeled with their biological names. This garden serves as a valuable resource for students to learn about the medicinal and economic uses of various herbs. It also promotes awareness about the importance of plant conservation and contributes to creating a cleaner and greener campus environment.
