Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc. in Physics at The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi)
Graduate degree in Science/ Engineering with 55% marks or equivalent from a recognised university.
Should have taken Physics as a primary subject in the degree course.
Admission is primarily through the IIT Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. (JAM).
IIT Delhi will release the cut-off scores for the JAM examination, and candidates must score as per these scores.
The institute may also consider other academic qualifications for admission as per the policy.
