This is a full-time on-site role for a Patron Engagement Executive Intern. The Patron Engagement Executive Intern will be responsible for assisting with event planning, communication, management, training, and marketing.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in developing exhibitor onboarding strategies
2. Providing personalized support to exhibitors and addressing inquiries
3. Building positive relationships with attendees
4. Coordinating event communications with exhibitors and team within
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Organizational skills and attention to detail
7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
8. Recent or current pursuit of a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
9. Prior internship or event planning experience is a plus
