Roles and Responsibilities – Relationship Manager

• Act as a Relationship Manager for NoBroker’s paid customers, ensuring strong engagement and service satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open, clear, and interactive communication.
• Understand and assess customer needs to provide accurate, tailored property solutions.
• Assist customers in finding the right tenant or house based on their requirements.
• Handle outbound and inbound calls with customers and leads.
• Use internal tools and follow company processes to deliver efficient and high-quality service.
• Negotiate with potential leads on behalf of the customer.
• Keep customers updated regularly on the status and progress of their account.
• Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
• Go the extra mile to ensure an excellent customer service experience.

Training

Comprehensive training will be provided during the initial days to help the employee understand the complete end-to-end process.
