• Mobilizing Officer - Face-to-Face Fundraising (One-Time Donations)

Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our fundraising team as Mobilizing Officers. This role involves directly engaging with the public in high-footfall areas to raise awareness about the NGO's work and encourage one-time donations to support our cause.

Key Responsibilities:

• Public Engagement: Approach individuals in public spaces (streets, malls, events, marketplaces) to introduce them to the organization's mission.
• Storytelling: Clearly and passionately explain the NGO's impact and success stories to inspire people to contribute.
• One-Time Fundraising: Encourage and collect one-time donations through digital or offline methods (e.g., QR code payments, cash collection, UPI).
• Donor Interaction: Build trust with potential donors by answering their queries and representing the organization ethically and professionally.
• Daily Targets: Work towards achieving defined daily or weekly targets for one-time donations.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and submitted donations; report progress to the fundraising team.
