Job Description: Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and achieving set targets by engaging directly with potential and existing customers in the assigned region. This position involves identifying leads, demonstrating vehicles, and developing customer relationships to grow business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, and facilitate test drives.
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales deals.
• Maintain a database of customer contacts and follow up on leads.
• Ensure high post-sale customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
• Participate in promotional activities, sales campaigns, and local events.
• Coordinate with the finance team for loan/insurance formalities and paperwork.
