Role Overview 

As a Travel Consultant, you will assist travelers with planning and booking unforgettable trips—whether they’re solo backpackers, couples, or groups. You'll help them choose the right itinerary, explain trip details, and provide guidance throughout the booking journey. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Respond to travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media DMs. 
• Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable group departures or custom itineraries. 
• Handle end-to-end trip bookings (flights, stays, transfers, etc., when needed). 
• Maintain client records and follow up on leads and payments. 
• Coordinate with trip leaders, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution. 
• Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, safety guidelines, and pricing. 
• Assist in itinerary planning, pricing, and destination research. 
• Support in upselling travel insurance, add-ons, and special experiences. 

Requirements 

• Fresher with excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills. 
• Good knowledge of Indian and international travel destinations. 
• Comfortable working with CRM, Google Sheets, and booking platforms. 
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Bonus if you’re a traveler yourself and familiar with backpacking / budget travel.

Badarpur, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
