Key responsibilities:
1. Take complete ownership of the students including onboarding the student profile, making them understand the process, detailed counseling, profile strengthening, and admissions
2. Develop a deep understanding of the entire study abroad admissions process and application cycle for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Germany, etc.
3. Develop a strong built relationship with students as a mentor for the entire process
4. Build and review the progress of every student application on an ongoing basis to understand the stage of the student and the next steps
5. Build cross-discipline relationships in the organization, partnering closely with the BDMs, marketing, admissions, and VISA
6. Ensure top-quality admission work like essays, SOPs, and documents
7. Serve as the primary contact for the student and work on student satisfaction and overall student happiness
8. Lead the overall servicing vertical of the business by working closely on new experiments, R&D, & the product to overall further strengthen the servicing cycle of the company
