Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in IT services or SaaS.
• Strong research skills to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with IT services, including Web and Mobile App Development, AEM, Magento, Shopify, Drupal, AI/ML, Digital Marketing, Engineering Services, and Automation Testing.
• Experience working with clients in diverse industries and geographies.
