BDM (Business development Manager)

Job Description: We need a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business expansion. Key tasks include finding sales prospects, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and experience with personal visits, emails, and phone outreach are required.

Responsibilities:

• Research market opportunities and assess customer needs
• Generate sales through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Meet with clients (Architects, Builders, PMC) to understand their needs
• Present products and services
• Create sales and financial reports
• Represent the company at events
• Negotiate deals and handle objections
• Collaborate with the team
• Collect and share customer feedback

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000
Location: Nagarbhavi, Bangalore
