Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Minimum: Any graduate for most voice processes. Only technical graduates eligible for International voice process.
• For certain non-voice or specialized processes, graduation may be mandatory.

Age Criteria

• Generally between 18–35 years (may vary by company).

Language Skills

• Fluency in English is essential for international processes.
• Neutral or clear accent preferred (accent training may be provided).

Computer Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet navigation.
• Typing speed requirement: typically 25–35 WPM for non-voice roles.

Work Flexibility

• Willingness to work in night or rotational shifts due to time zone differences.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays if required.

Personality & Soft Skills

• Strong listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
• Customer service orientation and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome in many companies.
• Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage.
