Job Description

Designation: Business Development Executive

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential buyers, investors, and tenants through market research, networking, digital marketing, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain a strong database of leads.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, budget, and preferences.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Present and promote residential, commercial, or luxury properties to prospective buyers.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Negotiate deals and close property transactions effectively.

4. Market Research & Analysis

• Keep track of market trends, property rates, competitor activities, and investment opportunities.
• Provide insights to management for better pricing and marketing strategies.

5. Site Visits & Presentations

• Arrange and conduct property site visits for clients.
• Deliver professional presentations and highlight the benefits of projects to prospects.

6. Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams

• Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies.
• Support sales team in client acquisition and retention efforts.

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate sales reports, client feedback, and pipeline status for management review.
• Handle necessary documentation for property sales and agreements.

8. Networking & Brand Building

• Represent the company at property expos, trade fairs, and networking events.
• Build a strong professional network with brokers, channel partners, and investors.
