Eligibility & Skills Required

1. Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or related fields.
• MBA or PG in Sales/Marketing can be an added advantage but not always mandatory.
• Some companies also hire graduates from any discipline if they have strong sales skills.

2. Experience Required

• Freshers are often hired for entry-level roles if they have good communication and sales ability.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate is usually preferred for mid-level BDE roles.
• Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or financial services is highly valued because of the customer interaction & sales exposure.

3. Skills Required

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
• Knowledge of local property market trends, pricing, and legal procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or real estate sales software.
• High customer service orientation and persuasive selling ability.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Good networking and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Professional appearance and confidence to deal with clients.
