Locus Design Works is seeking a dynamic Architecture intern to join our innovative team. With your proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and Autodesk Revit, you will be an integral part of our design process.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain invaluable experience in the field. Join us and contribute to shaping the future of architectural design!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior architects to develop detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
2. Assist in the creation of visually appealing 3D models using SketchUp and Enscape to enhance project presentations.
3. Conduct extensive research on architectural trends, materials, and technologies to contribute to design discussions.
4. Participate in site visits and assist in documenting existing conditions for renovation and remodeling projects.
5. Support project teams in producing accurate and comprehensive construction documents.
6. Contribute to the development of design concepts and provide input on space planning and layout.
7. Take part in design review meetings and provide valuable insights during the brainstorming and decision-making process.
