Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the clients
2. Ensure all operations happen smoothly
3. Assist in running the campaigns/changing the database for the campaign
4. Handle the coordination of the content to be updated for the campaign
5. Understand processes and requirements and work on large data sets to perform data analysis and generate periodic reports and dashboards
6. Create and maintain daily operational scorecards/reports to track and update on KPIs, assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as needed
