Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on managing the entire recruitment cycle/process end to end to enable the selection of quality talent for open positions
2. Work on conducting preliminary calls and filtering candidates for open positions
3. Work on sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
4. Ensure all the recruitment is in accordance with the recruitment policy
5. Involve in end-to-end selection procedure
6. Work on preliminary screening of the candidates
7. Negotiate with the selected candidates on the salary

1. Must have prior experience in recruitment/hiring
2. Must have a working laptop + active internet connection
3. Must be willing to reach out to 70 to 80 people for preliminary screening in case required
