Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct research and analysis of our industry and communicate with investors
2. Contact corporate, institutional, venture investors in India and abroad
3. Generate regular leads and meetings for founders with private equity, VCs, and HNI
4. Arrange and attend investor meetings along with the CEO
5. Maintain all records and documents, circulars, agreements, etc.
6. Handle all confidential correspondence at senior levels independently
7. Work on financial modeling
8. Manage due diligence and other related activities
9. Work on investor relations & monthly reporting
10. Create/update pitchbook/investor presentations
11. Oversee competitive and industry analyses, including financial performance, operating trends, and valuations
12. Assist in developing business strategy targeting topline growth
