Our approach to gastronomy is hands-on and we draw our inspiration from a wide variety of culinary traditions.

The M.A in Indian Cuisine and Food Culture at Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA), Manipal is the one and only unique hands own postgraduate programme of its kind on Indian Culinary Art which truly glorifies the richness of Indian gastronomy. It is suitable for students, chefs and anyone with an interest in Indian cuisine students from chefs from outside India who want to come down and explore the world of cooking and bring the culinary aspect in line with the scientific nurture that concerned with the history behind food.
