The B.Sc. degree examination of this University or degree of any other University recognised as equivalent thereto with 46 credits or its equivalent (i.e. minimum credits for majoring in a subject, and excluding the credits required for optional courses) in the subject in which he wishes to offer M.Sc. degree course by papers.
